Stephanie and James met in college as student athletes, and have seen their love grow through the years as life has moved them across the country. They celebrated their exciting future together with an ivory and fresh green summer wedding at The Bridge Building Event Spaces.
Nearly 100 of their closest friends and family were in attendance for their intimate ceremony. Followed by cocktail hour where guests were treated to pepper jelly pimento cheese bruschetta and coconut crusted shrimp.
After cocktail hour, dinner started off with a refreshing balsamic grape and apple salad. Guests then chose from two southern style dishes: house smoked brisket or chicken and waffles with rosemary roasted new potatoes & southern style green beans. Their cupcake tower with a small two-tier cake on top, made by J. Clayborn's Bakery, was a unique alternative to a traditional wedding cake.
The night ended with everyone dancing and sending the happy couple off with sparklers.
