The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) is a non-profit professional organization for meeting and event planners. We were thrilled to assist them with a stylish networking event at The Bell Tower. Event and meeting planners from all over the nation came together and everyone had a blast.
Guests sipped cocktails, enjoyed passed hors d'oeuvres, and caught the highlights of the NCAA game on our flat screens.
Following cocktail hour, a variety of food stations opened for dinner. Guests filled their bellies from a BBQ brisket carving station, a trio of fresh salads, a pork slider station, and a gourmet macaroni and cheese station.
The crowd favorite of the night was the Tasting Room! Each guest received a "tasting card" with their individual allotted time slot to taste a variety of bourbon in the Tasting Room. Their cards listed each bourbon with a rating scale so they could rate each kind that they tasted.
For dessert, guests were treated to dark chocolate mousse, banana pudding, and tiramisu shooters.
It was a great night for guests to network and mingle with each other. We loved hosting a group of planners just like us!
