Noel and Eric were an absolute joy to work with! They had a clear vision and created a beautiful atmosphere to welcome guests to their wedding weekend.
The evening at The Bell Tower began with happy hour featuring drinks and light hors d'oeuvres. With roots in Tennessee and Texas, it was only fitting the couple's signature cocktails were the Texas Mule and the Tennessee Lynchburg Lemonade. The first was a twist on the traditional mule with slices of jalapeños, lime juice, ginger beer, orange liqueur, and Tito's.
After happy hour, guests enjoyed a plated dinner of lemon and herb baked chicken with sautéed haricot verts and roasted corn and charred tomato risotto.
Later in the evening and after a round of speeches, more friends and family arrived to celebrate the soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. Guests were served an assortment of late night bites along with dessert including banana pudding shooters, donuts and coffee shooters, and Tennessee s'mores made with Olive & Sinclair chocolate.
Hands down the sweetest moment of the whole night, friends surprised Noel with a video of the first group of students she ever taught congratulating her on her wedding day.
The entire evening was a true testament to this couple and was a continuous outpouring of love from their family and friends.
