November has officially arrived, and that means the holidays are just around the corner! At Infinity Events & Catering, we're head over heels for all of the rich and decadent flavors of Fall and Winter. This year we've added some new holiday items to our menu to ring in the season.
Check out the new menu additions, and our top five tips on how to throw a holiday party to remember!
1. Make two lists, check them twice!
Create a guest list and send out invites in advance since schedules fill up quickly during the holiday season. Also create a to-do list and save plenty of time for day-of emergencies and time to get ready!
2. Pick your menu and cook ahead
Prepare and cook as much of your food as possible in advance. This will keep stress to a minimum and give you more time to greet your guests, mingle, and enjoy yourself too!
3. Create your own bar
Create your own bar and stock it with your choice of alcohol, glassware, ice, and cocktail napkins so that your guests can help themselves. Don't forget to include a selection of nonalcoholic options too!
4. Serve it up
Utilize oven-to-table serving ware, or label your pre-existing serving ware beforehand so that each dish has an allocated destination when it comes out of the oven.
5. Deck the halls
When setting your table, don't forget to leave enough space for your food! Keep your arrangements low and your accents small to ensure that each person can see and reach across the table with ease.
