When Jonathan came to us looking for a venue to have a surprise anniversary dinner for his wife, we were over the moon excited to help this sweet couple.
With the space's floor-to-ceiling windows, The Bridge Building provided a breathtaking view for their private anniversary dinner. Candlelight, flowers and a classical guitarist set the mood for a night of romance.
The couple's custom menu consisted of a display of hors d'oeuvres, a plated dinner, and a platter of desserts. Small bites before dinner included Italian chicken salad and classic tomato bruschetta.
For the main course, the pair was served classic wedge salads with herbed focaccia bread to start. A filet with red wine demi followed, with garlic parmesan mashed potatoes, blistered campari tomatoes, and grilled asparagus with hollandaise.
After dinner, the couple indulged in flourless chocolate cake, lemon pound cake spoons, and chocolate covered strawberries. The evening was complete with champagne and a selection of craft brews.
